How to create and manage your store on Snappin
Set up your first store, choose its opening hours, and find your way back to the seller dashboard.
Before you start
- Sign in to your Snappin account. If you are new, use Register on the sign-in page first.
- Have your store name, contact email, phone number, and Indian shop address ready. A logo and banner are optional.
Screenshots show the Snappin website with fictional sample data. Red outlines and numbered markers identify the actions described below. Select a screenshot to open it at full size. Your store details and available category fields may differ.
1. Open your profile
After signing in, open your profile using the account icon in the website header. Find the My Stores card and choose View Stores.

2. Start a new store
On My Stores, choose Add Store at the top right. If you have no stores yet, Create Your First Store opens the same setup form.

3. Enter your store’s basic details
Fill in Store Name, Store Email, and Phone Number. Use contact details customers can reach; your account email is only a hint, so enter the store email explicitly.
- Enter a phone number with 10–15 digits.
- Add your GSTIN if applicable. Store Logo and Store Banner are optional; use JPG, JPEG, or PNG files up to 10 MB each.

4. Select and check your shop address
Under Store address, search for your address in India, select a point on the map, or choose Use my current location. Allow location access if prompted.
- Select a location in the picker first; typing a street address alone does not select the map coordinates.
- Review Street Address, optional Address Line 2, State, City, and Pincode. Select the state before the city when correcting these fields. Country is India.
- Read the delivery availability message. An unsupported Borzo location can still create a store, but Borzo delivery stays unavailable there.
- Choose Next: Store hours. If the page stays on basic details, correct the field errors and check that you selected a map location.
5. Set opening hours and create the store
Use Open to choose the trading days, then set each day’s opening and closing times. Sunday starts closed; review every day before choosing Create Store.
- For an open day, closing time must be later than opening time. Leave holidays or non-trading days closed.
- Use Back if you need to correct basic details. Wait for store creation to finish; a successful save returns you to My Stores.

6. Find and manage the store later
Return through Profile → View Stores. Use View Store to see the public storefront, or Manage on the correct store card to open its seller dashboard.
- Manage opens the separate seller dashboard. If asked to sign in there, use your account and return to the store you want to manage.
- Check the store name in the dashboard’s store selector before making changes. Use the selector to switch shops when you own more than one.
- Next, follow our product guide to add the first item to your store.
Need help?
- If the map cannot load, refresh and try again. A working map is required to select your store’s location; contact support if it remains unavailable.
- If Create Store reports an error, keep the form open, review the message, and correct the highlighted details before retrying.
- If your store does not appear, refresh My Stores and confirm you are signed into the account that created it.
