Using the platform

By using Snappin, you agree to use the platform lawfully and provide accurate information when creating an account, placing orders, or operating a store.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery, billing, and contact information and for reviewing store, product, and order details before checkout.

Availability, delivery timing, and post-purchase handling may vary depending on the retailer and service providers involved in fulfillment.

Retailer responsibilities

Retailers must ensure that store information, catalog information, pricing, and product availability are accurate and not misleading.

Retailers are responsible for lawful business operations, proper fulfillment, and responding to issues related to the products they sell through Snappin.

Payments, orders, and platform limitations

Snappin facilitates discovery, ordering, and related workflows, but product quality, stock accuracy, and fulfillment execution may depend on the participating retailer and service providers.

We may suspend transactions, limit access, or investigate activity where fraud, abuse, policy violations, or operational risk are suspected.

Prohibited use and account action

You may not use Snappin to violate laws, infringe rights, upload harmful content, interfere with platform operations, or misrepresent your identity or business.

Snappin may suspend or terminate access when policy violations, fraud concerns, misuse, or security issues are identified.
